At Mercury Rising Agency LLC, we provide digital advertising and lead generation services tailored to each client’s needs. Our services are fulfilled digitally through real-time lead delivery or campaign management, as specified in individual client agreements.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital advertising and lead generation,

all sales are considered final

. However, we understand that occasional issues may arise. Refunds are

issued solely based on the terms of the individual agreement

made between Mercury Rising Agency LLC and the client at the time of onboarding.

To be considered for a refund:

Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 24 hours of lead delivery.Clients must provide clear documentation (such as call recordings or screenshots) showing why the lead does not meet agreed-upon criteria.Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services as outlined in their service agreement. In general:

Subscription or retainer-based services require a 7-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.Pay-per-lead campaigns may be paused or discontinued at any time, but charges for delivered leads remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Please refer to your signed agreement for specific terms applicable to your services.
